Check your card’s terms for international transaction fees, even if both amounts are in EUR. Paying in euros alone does not prove that your bank will add no fee. Ask the card issuer if you are unsure.

Ask your payment provider which exchange rate and conversion or international fees apply to a EUR purchase. If a payment service offers a converted amount, read that total and its conversion terms before accepting. OrientPass cannot predict your final account-currency debit.

Pause before confirming and check these three things.

1. Compare “Total to pay” in the selected plan’s details with the payment total, rather than the per-day figure or the price before discounts. Check the destination, allowance and validity too.
2. Compare the currency codes next to both amounts. A EUR price and a converted CHF amount are not directly comparable.
3. If the difference is still unexplained, do not confirm. Send OrientPass the plan name and both amounts with currencies.

Do not buy the plan again to resolve a price question. Compare the order and bank records separately.

1. Open the receipt or order confirmation you already received. Note its amount, currency and order reference; do not place another order to obtain a receipt.
2. Open the bank entry’s details: check its status, original purchase currency, converted amount and separately listed fees. If these are missing, ask the bank to explain the entry.
3. Contact OrientPass about an unexpected order amount; contact your bank or payment provider about its conversion or fees. If you cannot find an order confirmation, use the order and delivery help below.

Two entries alone do not prove two completed payments. Check their status first.

1. Look for “pending” or “reserved” versus “completed” or “posted”. A temporary card hold can appear alongside the final charge.
2. If both are completed, or the status is unclear, ask the bank to identify the entries and contact OrientPass with the order reference, dates, amounts and currencies.
3. Do not pay again. A pending entry does not confirm eSIM delivery; use the order and delivery help below.

A code reduces the total only after it is accepted for your order. Check “Code discount” and “Total to pay” in the plan details before continuing. Opening a referral link alone does not confirm your discount.

1. Open your chosen plan’s details. If the code from your link is missing, enter it under “Discount code” and tap “Apply”. Wait for the total to finish updating; typing a code alone does not apply it.
2. A friend’s code gives a new customer one 10% discount per verified email. Sign in with the email you will use for this purchase, then return to the plan. Previous purchases or your own referral code make you ineligible. Ordinary channel codes do not require this sign-in.
3. Choose either the code or available store credit. Selecting “Use my available store credit instead of a discount code” replaces the code discount; untick it to use the code. Review the resulting total before you continue.
4. If the code is unrecognised, paused or expired, check it with the person who shared it. If an earlier referral checkout is still open, continue it from your account instead of starting another. If the total check fails, follow the error message, restore your connection if needed and choose “Check total again”. This checks the amount without placing an order or charging you. Do not pay expecting a missing discount to be added afterwards.
