1. Scope of Service
OrientPass provides digital travel eSIM profiles for cellular mobile data connectivity in Mainland China on China Mobile's network. All products are data-only passes and do not include a local telephone number (+86) for voice calls.
2. Device Compatibility & Unlocked Status
Before buying, check that your exact phone model and purchase region support eSIM and that the device is carrier-unlocked.
3. Delivery & Activation Timeline
After payment is confirmed and your eSIM is allocated, we email your installation details. Processing time can vary. The activation deadline and validity start are shown in your selected plan.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
For cancellation, refund or service problems, contact orientpass@hotmail.com with your order reference. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Network Availability & Limitation
Cellular signal quality and speeds depend on local conditions of the host carrier (China Mobile). OrientPass is not responsible for external hotel or public Wi-Fi networks in China, which operate independently under local broadband regulations.
