Does the Europe plan cover Serbia?

No. The Europe33 plan does not include Serbia. This separate plan covers Serbia (RS) only, not Bosnia and Herzegovina. First check whether your home plan already includes this country; do not assume EU roaming applies. Kosovo (XK) is not separately listed; ask before buying if your route goes there. The listed VIP network is now called A1; this does not make the plan a 5G offer. For arrival: install on Wi-Fi, select the travel eSIM for mobile data and follow its roaming instructions. The 30 days start with the first supported-network connection within the 180-day unused activation window. If it fails, use Wi-Fi and ask support; do not delete the eSIM first. Data only, no local number or SMS. 3G/4G; coverage in mountains or along every road is not guaranteed.

Will paying in euros avoid bank fees?

Not necessarily. OrientPass prices and payment requests use EUR. Your bank or payment provider may convert that amount or charge its own fees, even for a euro payment. Check its terms before paying.

Check the OrientPass amount

Compare the plan price, any validated discount or store credit, and Total to pay. A typed code is not an applied discount. Wait for the amount check to finish, then review the amount and currency on the payment page. If they differ from what you expected, stop and review before confirming.

Check conversion and provider fees

If your payment account uses another currency, its provider may apply an exchange rate and a conversion fee. Some providers can also charge for a cross-border payment even when the account and charge are both in EUR. OrientPass cannot promise a fee-free bank transaction or your bank’s final converted amount.

My bank entry differs

Compare the original payment amount and currency with your order confirmation before buying again. Ask your bank or payment provider about its rate and fees. For an OrientPass order question, contact us with the order reference; do not send a full card number, security code or bank login details.
