Will the Austria starter cover my whole trip?

Will paying in euros avoid bank fees?

Not necessarily. OrientPass prices and payment requests use EUR. Your bank or payment provider may convert that amount or charge its own fees, even for a euro payment. Check its terms before paying.

Compare the plan price, any validated discount or store credit, and Total to pay. A typed code is not an applied discount. Wait for the amount check to finish, then review the amount and currency on the payment page. If they differ from what you expected, stop and review before confirming.

Check conversion and provider fees

If your payment account uses another currency, its provider may apply an exchange rate and a conversion fee. Some providers can also charge for a cross-border payment even when the account and charge are both in EUR. OrientPass cannot promise a fee-free bank transaction or your bank’s final converted amount.

My bank entry differs

Compare the original payment amount and currency with your order confirmation before buying again. Ask your bank or payment provider about its rate and fees. For an OrientPass order question, contact us with the order reference; do not send a full card number, security code or bank login details.

Who should I contact about a different bank amount?

Compare the original EUR amount and payment status first. Ask your bank about conversion or fees; contact OrientPass about an order amount or uncertain order status. A pending bank entry alone does not confirm a completed order.

  1. Open the transaction details in your bank or payment provider’s official app. Compare the original payment amount and currency with the order confirmation, rather than comparing only your converted account total.
  2. Ask that provider to explain its exchange rate and any separate fees. A matching EUR amount does not prove that the bank made no error. Buying another eSIM does not correct a conversion or fee question.
The original amount differs, or I cannot confirm it
  1. Pause additional purchases. Compare the original amount and currency, transaction date and status with your OrientPass order reference and confirmation. Do not compare a pending entry with a completed one as if they were two completed purchases.
  2. For an OrientPass order question, use the contact link below with your order reference and a short description of the mismatch. If you cannot see the original transaction details, ask your bank or payment provider for them. This page cannot inspect or settle the transaction.
I only see a pending entry and have no confirmed order
  1. A bank entry marked pending is not, by itself, confirmation that OrientPass has completed your order or delivered an eSIM. Check your order confirmation and the status link from your own checkout or email, if available.
  2. Do not buy again just to make the first order appear. Contact OrientPass about the order status and ask your bank or payment provider what its pending entry means. No release, refund or delivery time is promised here.

Use text to describe the issue. Do not send a full bank statement, full card number, security code, bank login or verification code. If you do not recognise the transaction, contact your bank through its official app or the number on your card.
